Smoked Salmon Salad with Cream Sauce
Place the smoked salmon strips (coil it up to give it an attractive dimension) on a big plate. Slice fine strips of cucumber lengthwise, leaving the skins in tact (don’t use the centre of the cucumber). Coil the cucumber strips over the salmon strips. Mix the cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Dress the salmon and cucumber with the cream dressing and serve.
