Peel and slice the potatoes, butternut and onions into rings / rounds.
Butter an ovenproof dish, and layer alternating potato, onions, butternut, crumbled blue cheese, salt, pepper and cream.
Sprinkle the top layer with crumbled blue cheese.
Bake at 180˚C for 45 minutes.
Serve at a barbeque (or with a roast) with Anthony Smook Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot blend.
